Metnor Property Group has acquired nine sites in the last four years at a cost of over £30m.
All of these sites were purchased unconditionally however we subsequently obtained planning consents on seven of these sites for over 2800 student beds, 190 residential care beds, 25,000ft of office space and a 160 bed hotel.
Four hundred student beds are nearing completion and a further four hundred are on site,120 care beds are complete with a further 74 on site and our 25,000 sqft office scheme is complete.We currently await planning decisions on 115 Care beds and 100 residential units which if sucessful will go on site during 2010.
